Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because:

  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

The order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Currently, Giftora ships within Pakistan only.
