Refund policy

Welcome to Giftora. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Personalized or customized products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, our team will contact you to arrange the refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Defective products
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Giftora will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if it meets our return conditions.
